Production Management:Assist in planning and scheduling production runs.Monitor production output against targets.Coordinate between cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging departments.Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.Manage workflow and reduce bottlenecks on the production floor. Merchandising Support:Communicate with buyers and follow up on orders.Assist in sample development and approval processes.Help prepare cost sheets, BOM (Bill of Materials), and T&A (Time & Action) plans.Track order progress and ensure timely execution. Quality Assurance:Assist in setting quality standards and specifications.Conduct in-line and final inspections with the QA team.Monitor defect rates and implement corrective actions.Maintain records of quality audits and suggest improvements.Compliance & Documentation:Support compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and buyer requirements.Help maintain audit records and factory certifications.Participate in internal audits and prepare necessary reports.Team Management:Supervise line supervisors or junior staff depending on hierarchy.Coordinate training sessions and skill development programs.Help resolve worker grievances and maintain team motivation.Inventory & Material Management:Assist in tracking raw materials, trims, and finished goods.Coordinate with stores and purchase teams to avoid shortages or overstock.Monitor inventory usage to control waste and costs.
