   Preparations of Welding Procedures PQR, WPS and WQT for piping (category- high pressure, M service, Normal service, and utility piping) and pipelines. • Prepare the inspection test plan for on plot piping and review the sub-contractors ITP & QCP procedures.• Strong experience in erection & inspection of air duct, flue gas duct, and steam drum, HRSG, boiler external piping and steam turbine piping and casing.• Ensures that the Inspections and Test Plans are implemented and are adequately documented and issue and manage follow up of non-compliance certificates.• Visual inspection of raw materials bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) have met the requirements of project specification, standards, and codes.• Ensures implementation/compliance with Project Quality Plan (PQP), Project Quality related procedures for control, material control/inspection/testing, inspection & test plan.• Participating in the inspection/testing of materials and equipment at site, when required.• Interpretation of RT films as per ASME B31.3, B31.4, B 31.8 AND API 1104.• Monitoring and reviewing defect levels and providing advice on appropriate remedial and corrective actions.• Providing input for the satisfactory closure of any reported non-conformances.• Maintaining comprehensive records of all inspection and testing carried out to ensure that all sections of the work have been covered.• Monitoring the compilation of inspection and testing records and reviewing test packs prior to submission to COMPANY• Review weld history sheet and approve test package for hydro test & pneumatic test.• Strong knowledge in attending shutdown and planning all NDT activities in time and ensure proper safety measures taken.• Ensures that Contract specifications, procedures and Subcontractor’s documents are available at Site office at the appropriate revision.
