Handling two large service partners Nokia Siemens network,Indus tower ltd for 6750,99 bsc 3 msc location 7500km OFC NETWORK Responsible for day today outage on account of electronics / transmission /power in coordination with SP NSN for active infra and Indus towers for passive infra. Outage sign off with sp on monthly basis’s, weekly review of pm /corrective maintenance with sp process formulation, leased line optimization, core network augmentation for expansion infra/active passive at core node locations. Responsibilities: • O&M of vodafone network for Tamilnadu• Outage of active infra bsc/mw/bts/msc/mgw/SDH/DWDM/• Outage & kpi sign off with sp for active and passive infra • O&M of core network Infrastructure• Opex control Energy /diesel consumption.• Preventive maintenances of site active infra.• Manage improve outages in co-ordination with NsN• Site Audit for PM/NEW sites takeover• Spare managements of active infra Indent processing /Amc renewal With OEM • Transmission/bts outage improvement/ofc/ • Regular review with sp for reduction of outage on account of active/passive infra.
