I am responsible for Genpact real estate, facilities infrastructure and logistics operations for Central and Midwest region with the offices in Chicago, Danville IL, Cincinnati OH, and Portland OR including a company owned campus having office building. I manage the regional facilities team of full time direct reports, extended team of consultants, contractors, and outsourced FM team. • I partner with sourcing and procurement team in selection of consultants, contractors, and facilities vendor, RFP bidding process, contract negotiations and developing SOW, SLA to perform services as needed for facilities operations across the region and ensuring its timely closure. Vendor management, performances review through the contract/MSA life cycle. • As a collaborative team leader, I partner with HR, Compliance, Legal, IT, EH & S, Finance and Businesses in developing and enforcement of Policies, RTO Initiatives, guidelines and standards.
