Project Description: Western Union Company, financial services and communications company based in the United States. Western Union has several divisions and products such as person-to-person money transfer, money orders, business payments and commercial services. To sustain its rapid growth, Western Union has the need to replace legacy ERP systems, consolidate platforms, and improve mission critical systems to faster improved work processes and efficiencies. They had chosen on One Platform in AWS as the solution to streamline and bring greater efficiency to their business. Data Lifecycle Management is one of the tracks within the One platform initiative, it is responsible for designing the customer microservice, creation of key enterprise data products such as the streaming platform and data lake and establishing governance through an enterprise data model, data standards, and data quality. TCS is involved in all the phases of the project. Technology : Talend 7.x, Snowflake, AWS, Jira and Linux.
