With the years of experience at Amazon Development Centre India, I am a Program Manager with expertise in project management, tool creation and maintenance, new marketplace launch, recoveries, fraud analysis, risk analysis, risk investigation, financial management decision making, and case management. In my current role, I am responsible for managing various projects as an example the launch of Amazon\'s Egyptian marketplace, internal investigation tool creation, and recovery.As a Program Manager, I create BRDs, identifies stakeholders, and communicates with them, creates high-level and low-level project plans, owns post-development UAT and bug fixing, and gathers data for senior management. I also manage launch communications, process mapping, and SOPs creation or updates. My contributions have led to the recovery of over 25M USD and an impact of 120M USD recovery opportunity.Prior to my current role, I was a Senior Risk Investigator at Amazon. I identified challenges and escalated them to the proper channel, mentored and guided my team, and continuously provided process improvement ideas. I also worked as a Transaction Risk Investigator, delivering on provided deliverables and providing process improvement ideas.I hold a Master\'s degree in Business Administration on Operations management from KIIT Bhubaneswar, and Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from FIEM, Kolkata. I have received several recognitions and appreciations for my innovative ideas and contributions to senior-level management, improved metrics, and for training and mentoring multiple new hire batches and managers. In addition to my professional pursuits, I enjoy internet surfing, editing Wikipedia pages, organizing and planning events for the team, and creating posters, flyers, mailers, and presentations.
