Delivering a consistent and holistic Workplace, design and space planning program for all India campuses- Spearheaded the workplace strategy, planning, design, and transformation management for a 1.8M USF India real estate portfolio supporting 16K employees. Assisted with development of long term strategies with the Regional Portfolio Strategy head- Strengthened business partnerships through real estate strategies, effectively managing key client and stakeholder relationships- Primary lead point of contact with the business units to facilitate communication on all matters relating to space requirements and allocations. Presented to and communicate with demanding clients within the Business Units, managing expectations throughout the design and delivery process- Leverage existing Global Workplace Guidelines, governance, policies, planning metrics, principles, best practices and lessons learned to provide appropriate implementation strategies and solutions for the projects. Drove fiscal stewardship through quantitative reviews, global guideline audits, value engineering efforts and life cycle assessments- Led a high-performing team to successfully deliver the Mumbai GIC campus (1MM USF) and India Front Office (~46K USF), creating best-in-class work environments that attract top talent and optimise real estate investments- India CEO Team Award winner (2024) for the new Mumbai GC office. Led and contributed actively to firm initiatives, including India Corporate Services Management committee, APAC Diversity and Inclusion.
