   Overseeing critical deepwater and HPHT subsea development projects in the Krishna-Godavari basin, including MJ, R-Cluster, and SAT Clusters, with a strong focus on OHGP & Smart completions, QA/QC, and flawless project execution.KEY HIGHLIGHTS: Led planning, QA/QC, and execution of lower, intermediate, and upper completions across ultra-deepwater wells. Reviewed contractor quality plans, inspection protocols, and test procedures to ensure compliance with API/DS1/DNV/ISO/NACE standards and Well Delivery guidelines. Presented findings and recommendations resulting from Root Cause Failure Analysis to the Wells engineering team for intelligent subsea completions, sand management and other well construction tools. Assisted with gathering relevant data during Root Cause Failure Analysis for component and tool investigations—improving service reliability. Conducted fundamental engineering studies on equipment and process failures, and presented detailed analyses to senior engineers and management teams to support corrective action planning. Supported in tendering and contract management for drilling & completions-related services. Participated and provided inputs on potential failure modes and planned actions during Pre-job & Contingency Planning. Collaborated with global service partners to troubleshoot failures, including packer leaks, liner hanger issues, and tool malfunctions. Have Strong knowledge of completions & drilling equipment, and rig operations.
