Reviewing regularly with the team on all HR operations like payroll management, compliance, employee life cycle management and factory HR to ensure smooth functioning.3. Devising and suggesting modifications as required in employee policy and SOPs related to various HR practices.4. Talent Acquisition – Ensuring to hire the right and suitable talent for various key positions.5. Organizational Development – Forming the hierarchy structure, identifying successors and aligning the structure as per business goals.6. Implementing the PMS for ensuring periodical performance reviews on KRAs for all key personnel and facilitating the management to identify key performers and plan for performance improvement for weak performers.7. Identifying and reviewing training needs and facilitate various training programs and certifications for technical and soft skills enhancement on learning platform8. Bringing in Reward strategy to boost the employees for performing better by adding benefits, perks, rewards and incentives along with fixed compensation for achieving milestones and targets.9. Responsible for ensuring Corporate Governance, adherence of 100% compliance and code of conduct to build and retain the secured and clean image of organization.10. Setting up examples for establishing the effectiveness of Core values, Mission and Vision of the organization to build the better employer brand
