Key Responsibilities:Review, manage, and ensure compliance of consultant design drawings, specifications, and contract documents in line with project scope, programme, and quality requirements.Lead and oversee the development and coordination of MEP BIM models prepared by in-house teams and client co-ordinators, ensuring alignment with approved technical submittals and construction requirements.Manage the coordination of all MEP disciplines (HVAC, Mechanical Piping, Fire Protection, Water Supply, Drainage, and Electrical) with architectural and structural models utilizing Revit, Navisworks, BIM Track, BIMcollab Zoom, and Revizto to identify and resolve clashes and interface issues.Review and quality-check the shop drawings, CSD, builder’s work, and as-built documentation to ensure constructability and smooth site execution.Ensure that all MEP drawings, models, and installations comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards, authority regulations, and approved quality procedures.Manage the preparation, submission, and tracking of Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining accurate logs to mitigate risk and programme impact.Coordinate closely with construction, planning, QA/QC, commercial, and Teams to ensure MEP works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
