Over the years, I\'ve been part of diverse environments — from large logistics hubs to corporate offices — ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.My focus has always been on creating well-managed, cost-effective, and people-friendly workplaces. I’ve worked on managing large portfolios, led transitions, handled vendor ecosystems, and built strong internal teams to support the day-to-day and long-term needs of the business.I believe in building processes that work, supporting people who make a difference on the ground, and always keeping the end-user experience in mind. Whether it\'s uptime of critical assets, compliance, budgeting, or simply ensuring a cleaner, safer work environment — I try to stay hands-on and responsive.Currently, I lead Admin & Infra Operations across India at Blinkit/Zomato.
