The position consisted of a senior leadership role in driving measurement, reporting, visualization, and BI efforts for our clients in the media/advertising space. The role held a wide purview of responsibilities including but not limited to the following- Management of large global BI/analytics team (40+ members)- Cultivation of high value new business opportunities- Significant interaction with senior/C-level clients from some of the worlds largest advertisers (involving 10-figure annual advertising spend)- Development of measurement strategies to align KPI\'s to our client\'s business goals- Intimate understanding of the landscape of available data, and how to source this for analytics and reporting- Oversight of data gathering, ETL processes, data structures and transformations- Design and development of bespoke analytics and performance focused dashboards for our clients utilizing various BI platforms, which sourced data from upwards of 30+ integrated data sources- Management of user level permissions, security, and access to our automated dashboards for upwards of 1200 users per client- Development of training curriculum for our broader team around BI, analytics, and industry relevant contextual topics- Significant innovation efforts around AI integrations and other areas to ensure continued competitiveness in our industry- Project management of large cross functional data-oriented projects- Oversight and maintenance of our deployed dashboards to ensure continued quality and accuracy of our automated processes- Continued tracking & knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and cutting edge tools and processes- Consultation and thought leadership around BI/data/analytics expertise for both our clients and sister agencies- Management of third party vendors to supplement efforts for our clients- Significant focus on full automation of all deployed instances to ensure scale- Project scope management and financial analysis
