I am also the compensation partner for the EMEA region and the manufacturing organization. As part of the Global Capability Center (GCC) based in India, I support the centralization and harmonization of the global compensation strategy and framework. My mission is to ensure that SPX FLOW attracts, retains, and motivates the best talent through competitive and fair compensation practices.
