Reporting to Thomas Martini, President, CEO.Working with a Glass Fabrication, Aluminium Extrusion and Aluminium billet business. The job description includes studying the current operations in these factories and bringing in the TPM way of systematizing the operations. Part of my responsibilities include:1. Defining reporting matrix to monitor the performance of different departments.(OEE) • Developed for Extrusion Presses and for packaging departments in extrusion industry. • Developed for Sealed Units line in the Glass Fabrication business.2. Analytically understanding certain specific business losses and providing actionable solutions to correct these. • Pricing model developed for sales to improve accuracy within an error of ±2%3. Managing stakeholders in the senior management. • Carried out extrusion optimization software upgrade project with a throughput increase of 5%. Team includes VP of Operations, Engineering Manager and Plant Manager. • Heading the ISO 9001:2015 certification for a business unit.4. Look for innovative solutions to solve problems. • Ad-hoc data analysis to help departments understand how problem solving is impacting in actual. • Reduced dead cycle time to be within 18sec for the extrusion presses. • Consistently maintaining material recovery for the extrusion business at 83% and above.5. Implement machine learning cases in the workplace by defining its use cases. • Scheduling application which has reduced the time taken to schedule by 83%.
