In April 2024, I, Subiksha Jayaprakash, obtained my MBA from GRG School of Management Studies in Coimbatore. At Sona College of Arts and Science in Salem, I completed my BBA. During my internship, I worked as an HR intern at Hatsun Agro Products Ltd, where I was responsible for managing employee empowerment and day-to-day operations. I also collaborated with other departments to discover issues and reported them to senior management. I have also handled sales reports for my father\'s company in the past. I\'m an intern and am looking for a chance to demonstrate my abilities.
