I\'m currently working on in force illustration process for different types of whole and universal life insurance policies for a leading British Insurance client, Aviva.• I’ve successfully implemented Anti-Money Laundering (AML) process for annuity plans, migrated policies with proper risk ratings to a customer due diligence platform.•I \'ve configured and automated the workflow for referrals to the Underwriting (UW) team based on customers\' Politically Exposed People (PEP) and Relative or Close Associate (RCA) statuses by cross-checking various lookup tables.• I\'ve also successfully automated the Transfer Out process for multiple annuities plans from Aviva to other financial consortiums, which reduced the need for 27 FTE compared to the previous manual process. • Develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risk analysis.• Analyze clients\' business requirements and processes through workflow analysis, document analysis, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.• Conduct multiple levels of testing, including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance, to ensure client needs are met.• Provide demos to clients before deploying changes in the UAT environment and offer UAT support.• Communicate clients\' business requirements by creating clear and concise SRS, BRD, FRD, epics, user stories, and data process models using wireframes, UML, and BPMN.• Enhance UX experience for customers by implementing Natural Language Processing (NLP) chatbots.• Implement Generative AI-powered automation to streamline and expedite claim processing, increasing accuracy and reducing fraud risk by automatically vetting supporting documents during claim processing.• Utilize AI to automate various stages of claim processing based on clients\' business rules.• Serve as a Scrum Master for a team of 20 members, maintaining various scrum boards and driving scrum ceremonies.
