As an experienced security and customer service professional, I have had the privilege of working in diverse roles that have shaped my career and skills over the years. With a background in security management within the maritime industry, airline security, and customer service, I bring a unique blend of expertise to every challenge I undertake. Security and Safety Expertise: In my current role as a Deputy Chief Security Officer at Royal Caribbean International, I have progressively advanced from Staff to Security Supervisor to Security Officer and now serve as a Deputy Chief Security Officer. I actively manage and investigate incidents and accidents, implement comprehensive security policies and procedures, and develop emergency response plans to ensure the safety of passengers and crew. My collaboration with law enforcement agencies and fellow security personnel has resulted in the successful resolution of security breaches. Prior to this, at Carnival U.K, I played a pivotal role in maintaining shipboard security, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with Flag State and corporate requirements. My commitment is to the integrity of the ship and dedication to excellent customer service. My previous experience at Indigo Airlines involved performing anti-sabotage checks, screening passengers and cargo, and supporting emergency response efforts. I also supervised other airport departments, demonstrating a strong commitment to interdepartmental collaboration and safety. Entrepreneurial Endeavors: In addition to my security roles, I have entrepreneurial experience as the Proprietor of Mystique Group of Event Management. During my tenure, I successfully organized a wide range of events, secured sponsorships, expanded our client base, and managed celebrity engagements. This experience honed my skills in event planning, sponsorship management, and media engagement. Customer Service Excellence: Before my security career, I excelled in customer service at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where I handled high-volume inbound and outbound calls for Vodafone\'s premium segments. My responsibilities included revenue generation, financial analysis, and ensuring top-notch customer service. My journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set encompassing security management, event organization, customer service, and leadership.
