Leading the team of Sewa Setu as State Program Manager,under Information and Technology department, Government of Assam. Sewa Setu is an unified digital e governance initiative from government of Assam for delivering all G2C, G2B, B2C, and other utility services. I have the responsibility to - 1) Manage the whole Sewa Setu echo system, 2) Process re design for the each of services3) Performance monitoring of every district/circle/other government offices, 4) To meet service rollout target set by government of Assam, 5) To review the quality expectation by the citizens of assam, 6) New project preparation & approval from different ministry at central government and donor banks like WB/ADB etc, 7) Critical thinking on revenue generation mechanism through service delivery and by value adding in the services. 8) Review and monitor the current revenue generating sources for self sustenance.9) Support and prepare report/ Presentation to Senior Most Secretaries of departments & concern ministers of Government of Assam. 10) Special support to Land revenue department to improvise land governance echo system in Assam. Inline with land governance, I have the privilege to lead the prestigious land governance projects \" Mission Basundhara 1.0\",\"Mission Basundhara 2.0\" of GoA.\" Mission Bwismuthi 1.0 \" of Government Bodoland Territorial Council.
