I am an R&D Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in textile and industrial product development, laboratory testing, and applied research. Currently working at Paracoat Products Limited, I am involved in end-to-end R&D activities including literature review, lab trials, prototype development, testing, and validation.My role includes executing laboratory testing as per ISO and ASTM standards, generating analytical data, and preparing detailed test and validation reports to support product development, quality assurance, and customer approvals. I have hands-on experience in developing and maintaining technical and process documentation such as SOPs, TDS, MSDS, control plans, and process flow diagrams, ensuring alignment with internal processes and customer requirements.I actively support process optimization and quality assurance activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and compliance. I have also collaborated with technical marketing teams for exhibitions, customer demonstrations, and application-based testing, particularly for industrial and automotive textile applications.I hold a B.Tech in Jute & Fiber Technology from the University of Calcutta, which has given me a strong foundation in textile materials, fibers, and performance evaluation. Additionally, I completed an internship at Raymond India Limited in Finishing, Designing, and Quality Assurance, gaining exposure to textile finishing processes, fabric construction analysis, and quality control practices.
