I started my career with B.Tech in Computer Science followed by an MBA in Marketing and Sales. My love for people and zeal to have good conversations, wanted me to get a job where I meet new people, and learn more about their lives while I get to do my job.My first stepping stone was HDFC Bank, a top bank in India followed by Yes Bank, another giant from India. My journey here taught me how financial products work in the banking industry and gave me the financial direction I needed, to grow further. I enjoyed making my clients feel safe about their money and trust me with my input in their financial decisions. Following this, I switched gears in my career and joined a booming ed-tech firm, Cuemath. In the past 3 years with this company, I have added more than international clients (USA, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East). I was recognized by the CEO for having the highest Conversion Rate. I have enjoyed leading and motivating my team members to win several internal contests. In this experience, I have matured as a leader who values focus on customer relationship management along with the people we work with. My strategic sales initiatives, in lead generation from referrals, resulted in CAC reduction by 50%. I have trained my workmates on sales pitches, handling negotiation calls, dealing with data-specific rebuttals, and of course how to sell with empathy. Again, I enjoyed making my clients feel safe about their child\'s education and trust me with my input in their child\'s educational decisions. I took a break to get my work authorization in the USA, to resume where I left off.
