They see how a single, elegant new gear could be forged and added, one that would automate the winding and let the clock run on its own rhythm. They build it. Suddenly, the keepers are free, the clock is more accurate than ever, and the tower is no longer a monument to effort, but to ingenuity.This mindset of finding that one elegant gear is the one I bring to every real-world challenge. It’s the drive to look at a process not for what it is, but for what it could be. It’s having the technical fluency to build that better version, the leadership to bring a team along on the journey, and the storytelling ability, honed through award-winning scriptwriting, to make everyone believe in the vision.My approach is built on this duality: pairing analytical rigor with a creative spirit.
