I’m a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, currently working on the Fuse organization’s automation and GenAI platforms that power the onboarding and billing experiences for global reseller partnerships. My work focuses on designing scalable backend systems, building workflow automation tools, and launching GenAI-driven solutions that make complex partner integrations faster, smarter, and more reliable.Previously, I worked on the Amazon S3 (Simple Storage Service) team, where I helped design and build tools and features for one of the world’s most reliable and high-performance storage systems. Before that, as a Premium Support Engineer at AWS, I strengthened my foundation in troubleshooting, client collaboration, and leadership—earning recognition for solving complex issues across AWS services like S3, CloudFront, and SES, while maintaining strong customer trust.I hold an MS in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Maryland, with a focus on cloud technologies, distributed systems, and network security. I’m passionate about building systems that simplify large-scale operations, blending my experience in engineering, automation, and AI to drive meaningful impact across global platforms.

   Launched an AI-powered onboarding chat assistant using AWS AgentCore and Strands SDK to help Amazon’s Business Development and Technical Account Management teams onboard new multinational partnership deals faster and with fewer errors. The chat uses built-in reasoning and dynamic knowledge retrieval to validate deal details, confirm correct property selections, and answer both procedural and definition-based questions. It features real-time streaming and adaptive search (adjusting top-k results based on query complexity), reducing manual checks and accelerating deal onboarding across global markets.• Led the automation of a new Entitlement based BillingMode onboarding through our onboarding platform. This made it easier for Amazon’s global partners to manage and predict their revenue from selling Prime subscriptions and reduced automation times by 42%. This in turn triggered the first deal with telecom giant in Mexico and expanding to several new partnerships worldwide.•. Maintained and enhanced Amazon’s internal onboarding automation platform that streamlines partner setup across global markets. Implemented graph-based workflow orchestration to dynamically generate AWS Step Functions based on task dependencies, enabling flexible and scalable automation. Designed and launched new workflow features, APIs, and automation scripts using TypeScript, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB, improving reliability, reducing manual setup, and accelerating partner onboarding timelines.
