Also, supporting Citrix VDI environment at device level. Monitoring Citrix VDI issues in the Citrix Cloud portal and the remediating the same whenever Troubleshooting L3 incidents related Laptop, surface pro and VDI\'s. Troubleshooting to be specific at application performance ambiguity or anything at the device Key responsibilities managing weekly application, GPO and UWM release. Managing phased SCCM deployment for patches and application for win10 physical devices and VDI estate. Post deployment monitoring and working on issues as in Monitoring the monthly ADR process on every 2nd Wednesday post patch release for both MS and PMPC patches. Creating deployment packages as per requirement. Checking DP space on weekly basis and doing housekeeping whenever required. Also, based on requirement amending the patching Creating GPO using NetIQ based on request. Post creation perform required testing on DEV and UAT to get the same Participating and driving weekly release calls with customers. Also, owing change management area from the team and driving all changes in weekly CAB Proactively monitoring device health on Nexthink dashboard. Reviewing real time report from Nexthink finder. Participating and driving improvement of Nexthink management and coordinating same with Nexthink team.
