My scope spans quality engineering, performance engineering, AI-enabled developer workflows, and operational resilience for mission-critical services supporting peak traffic events such as tax season.Built the West Coast QA organization from the ground up, hiring and developing a high-performing team of SDETs and QA engineers. Designed structured interview frameworks, conducted 150+ interviews, and launched early-career hiring programs.Own load readiness strategy for tax season and architected the company’s scalable performance testing platform. Designed a distributed load testing system using Locust and Kubernetes, integrated performance validation into CI/CD pipelines, and led cross-functional readiness reviews that delivered ID.me’s first incident-free tax season under peak demand.Led quality strategy for the company’s AWS → GCP migration, including containerization of core services and distributed system validation, delivering the transition with zero critical production incidents.Built AI-enabled engineering workflows using Claude and Playwright MCP that autonomously generate end-to-end test automation, construct testing context from PRDs and design documents, assist with code review, and improve documentation quality.Developed an AI agent that generates structured incident postmortems by synthesizing Jira tickets, Slack conversations, and incident notes, improving consistency, speed, and executive visibility into production events.Also built accessibility scanning agents with centralized dashboards and a Spring Boot embedded API testing framework enabling developer-owned automation at scale.Lead the incident management program, driving postmortems, correction-of-error tracking, and executive reporting to improve systemic reliability and reduce repeat incidents
