   Lead Project Management Unit (PMU), Contract Management, Contractor Liaise, dealing with PMC, Personnel recruitment, procedure system control, Strategy and Project Development. Project monitoring and reporting, project planning and management, risk management. Establish Project Management Unit as an Organ for day to day decision making, and Oversight DBO contract, leveraging and co ordinating resources including Konexa staff and contractor, define and lead procedures for project Governance, reporting, risk management. Ensure correct contractual and commercial implementation of contractor\'s obligation, with regard to project delivery and reporting, and achieving project delivery on time and budget. Act as primary interface with PMC, to ensure that contractor delivers their obligation in HSE, Quality, environment, schedule, performance and price. Evaluate contractor\'s project plan, documents, reports, designs, variations. Prepare / recommend approval orders, negotiate contract scope, schedule changes. Oversee site construction activities, where necessary engage with subcontractor and vendors. Provide timely report to Executive committee, steering committee, and Board of Directors on project status, budget, schedule, risk assessment and impact. Develop and implement project documentation and management plan.Construction of a New 33/11kV Sub-Stations, Upgradation of LT, 11kV, 33kV Overhead power distribution line, Conductor replacement, Upgradation of feeder\'s from Transmission Substation, Design and construction of 33 kV backbone feeder, Installation compact substation (E-House), Electrification of community nos with total Power Distribution System Franchise, Industrial connection, Advance metering infrastructure(AMI), Automated Meter Reading System (AMRS), SCADA implementation from LV and MV level, Substations, Network management and Operation, Construction of 10 MW AC Solar PV Plant, 278 kW Solar Mini Grid.
