Project Name ( Client ): MORGAN STANLEY-Working and supporting for MORGAN STANLEY project as a Network Engineer-Working on monitoring tool Spectrum and Service now as ticketing tool-Working on monitoring tool Spectrum and Service now as ticketing tool-Having experience in Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting and incident resolution, EDC engaging and Break/fix activities for SFP / cable checks like replacing faulty devices, power down, decommissioning-Maintaining SLA’S and directly engaging and having communications with external carriers like Telstra, Zayo, Nexgen, Crowncastle, TATA, Airtel, eutnetorks etc for link down issues and Vendors management like Cisco, Arista, Corvil, Juniper, etc-Proven capabilities in addressing alerts and escalation of critical situation of customers and partners from NA, EMEA, APAC, and sending ON to L3’s and RFO for related link down tickets respectively-Working on Crit 1 & Crit 2 sites based on priority and severity. If devices rebooted, we will take backup and check for configuration difference -Passionate to resolve deep technical issues on data center and enterprise core infrastructure-Working on LAN, WAN, MPLS, G-Core, M-core,Proximity, Azure, AWS Links. And If device or module/SFP faulty will replace with respective spare to backfill and then replace with new devices by raising RMA (4 hrs & NBD )based on criticality-Working on OSPF & BGP Protocols
