At Plum, my role spans employee experience and HR business partnering for Customer Success and Finance. I work closely with teams and leadership to create meaningful experiences while also supporting business goals through strong people practices.Alongside business partnering, I collaborate with the Customer Success hiring team to bring in the right talent — ensuring we continue to build high-performing, aligned teams. I enjoy listening, experimenting, and creating initiatives that make people feel valued and connected, while also driving impact at scale. Always learning, open to feedback, and driven by building better workplaces. Outside of work, I love baking — and someday hope to open a cozy coffee shop and bakery.
