I specialize in translating complex user needs into actionable strategies that shape product direction.My recent work as a Senior UX Researcher was with Johnson Controls, leading end-to-end research initiatives for OpenBlue Enterprise Manager (OBEM), a smart building analytics platform. My research has played a key role in understanding user sentiment, synthesizing insights, and shaping the future of OBEM. Beyond the industrial and manufacturing (B2B) space, my experience spans B2C, HR tech, clinical psychology, educational technology, e-commerce, and banking.I don’t just conduct research—I design and execute strategic studies, manage participant recruitment, and facilitate research workshops and training for cross-functional teams.
