   Joining TikTok Shop US just six months after its launch (Sept \'23) as one of its first IPR leaders, I was entrusted with defining the strategic vision and driving the execution of Intellectual Property Rights and Brand Protection for the US market. Owning this strategy, I lead a team of PMs and spearhead cross-functional efforts with engineers, algorithm experts, and data scientists. My focus is on translating strategic imperatives into tangible, automated, model driven solutions (LLMs, ML) that effectively safeguard brand integrity, build consumer confidence, and enable robust marketplace growth. This execution extends to complex areas like real time detection models for creator live videos and store level integrity frameworks. Serve as IPR reactive leader for US Tiktok Shop, managing the entire lifecycle of rights enforcement for TikTok Shop including seller enforcement policy development, DMCA aligned notice and takedown (NTD) operations, end to end compliance, IPR product strategy and cross functional legal alignment as defined in DMCA frameworks.Lead the strategic and technical execution of automated IP rights protection for TikTok Shop US, transforming brand IP complaint resolution through deployment of advanced AI/ML models (LLMs, classifiers). Understanding of USPTO, WIPO for scalable use in policy development. Achieved 64.5% autonomous decision rate by Q3 2025 on NTD ( notice to takedown) IPR related complaint from rights or brand owners, with ongoing expansion of AI agent coverage to new complaint types and real world scenarios.Built scalable, regulation aligned detection and moderation systems, directly reducing human workload and increasing decision speed for copyright, trademark, and design infringement categories.Drive closed loop optimization using agent/human moderation outcomes to continuously refine algorithm accuracy, translating operational feedback into new automation policies.
