With over 20 years of experience in software development and nearly 8 years in engineering leadership, I have a proven track record of leading diverse, high-performing teams across various business domains including FinTech, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Retail, and Telecom.In my current role as Senior Engineering Manager at Walmart, I lead the engineering efforts behind the core supply chain systems that drive the distribution and fulfillment networks for world’s largest retailer. This platform is crucial in ensuring the seamless movement of goods from suppliers to stores, managing key functionalities such as order allocations, planning, and fulfillment. I spearhead the development and optimization of this platform, collaborating closely with product and tech teams to execute multi-year plan aimed at transforming the entire supply chain network to support the high demands of our operations and end customers.Previously at Walmart, I served as the Engineering Owner for a critical Finance platform, it is aimed to process the financial transactions at scale for different supply chain networks of Walmart. This platform processes billions of dollars worth transactions annually, underpins the financial operations of global supply chain. I drove the platform from its inception through to widespread adoption across multiple supply chain networks in WalmartBefore Walmart, I led the development of a multi-tenant SaaS platform at Arvind, which connected hundreds of stores with eCommerce marketplaces to enable seamless online order fulfillment directly from stores.As an entrepreneur, I founded and led a SaaS company, developing a high-performance search-as-a-service platform capable of searching through millions of datasets in seconds. I also created innovative solutions in the edTech space, including a search engine for Indian parents and a digital platform for school-parent communication.I bring close to 8 years of people management experience, leading medium to large teams of engineers, leads, and architects.
