   As a Manager in the Cybersecurity Engineering team, I lead and enable the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise wide cybersecurity capabilities across IT and OT environments. My role focuses on translating security strategy into scalable, operationally effective engineering solutions while ensuring strong governance, risk reduction, and alignment with business objectives. I work closely with global stakeholders, service delivery teams, and leadership to strengthen the organization’s cyber resilience, drive standardization, and embed security by design across platforms, applications, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities• Lead cybersecurity engineering initiatives across vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response enablement, and security tooling integration. • Own and drive vulnerability management programs, including prioritization, remediation governance, KPI tracking, and leadership reporting. • Provide engineering oversight for SOC operations, security monitoring use cases, playbook automation, and continuous control improvement. • Drive security architecture and engineering alignment for IT and OT environments, including segmentation, privileged access, and identity based controls. • Partner with service providers, vendors, and internal resolver groups to ensure effective delivery, contract alignment, and measurable security outcomes. • Lead cross functional collaboration with risk, audit, infrastructure, application, and business teams to support audits, regulatory requirements, and risk reduction initiatives. • Establish standardized processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to provide executive level visibility into cyber risk, posture, and operational performance. • Mentor and guide teams on cybersecurity best practices, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
