The merchandising team procures goods from the domestic market and also from overseas, depending on the price value advantage, thereby reducing the overall cost of procurement. The enterprise has also developed its own in house brands. The aim of the organization is to provide the customers a pleasant, efficient and complete shopping experience at affordable prices with a wide assortment of merchandise. Ramachandran follows strict quality standards for it’s products. Right from production to the point-of-sales, stringent quality measures are followed to ensure the customers’ satisfaction. To facilitate sourcing and efficient distribution of goods, with a focus on effectively managing the supply chain, Ramachandran has set up a sq. ft state of the art Warehouse, Also, the enterprise has got own fleet of five mini trucks.
