currently i\'m working at meesho as a business development executive where i\'m responsible for - Managing 3P team. Oversee all daily operations of the packaging center, including receiving, packaging, and shipping activities. Direct and oversee the order fulfillment process; and manage the team responsible for order management, administration, and shipping. Work closely with inventory planning, warehouse and logistics groups to drive process improvements and meet 100% availability and shipping objectives as per agreed timelines. Operate cross-functionally with members of the transportation, merchant, inventory control, and central stakeholder teams. Communicate with customers, vendors and shipping carriers to maximize flexibility, minimize expenses and product/packaging damage. Monitor and resolve operational issues that impact order fulfilment. Identify and resolve customer experience risks, including warehouse and system integration issues and work closely with customer service to fully analyze the consumer experience.previously i worked at delhivery as a first mile executive I manage all first mile operations like working on pickup coordination, where managing more than 70+ field executive\'s and ground coordinator\'s & assign there route and work to them and attempting 4500+ PUR and more than shipments pickups on daily basis, where i manage to keep nsl% is more than 95 and gsl% above 98, manage vehicles and coordinate with vendors & planning daily pickup routes for field executives for smooth pickup.managing first mile operations where working on delhivery fm dashboards, google sheets, email writing, wps office, knowledge of advance Excel ( vlookup, hlookup, pivot table), making reports, eod reports, and also working on a WhatsApp group of field executives to transfer PURs to nearby fe from seller location or route. i have all operational knowledge of logistics and specially in first mile.
