As the CK Rail Quantity Surveyor, I am expected to carry out all responsibilities for CP7 Southern Masonry and Eastern route for Network Rail Framework :• Managing the Commercial team of Quantity Surveyors in ensuring that the commercial and contract function operates effectively. • Timely production of payment notices, certificates, and statements for Subcontractors. • Preparing and Updating Payments tracker, Cash flow and CVRs. • Administer sub-contractors, including Procurement, payments, and increasing order values. • Manage change orders and prepare quotation for the Variations at site and get it approved from client.• Assist with cost capture and reporting to senior team members. • Gathering quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.• Preparing and reviewing tender enquiries. • Dealing with the NEC4 forms of contract for Network Rail. • Contract drafting. • Supporting the QS team with the production of reports and trackers.• Prepare substantiation and cost backup for change orders and completed works
