About Subhankar Ghosh
Hello everyone, my name is Subhankar Ghosh, and I am from Kolkata, West Bengal. I completed my Bachelor of Technology with an additional honors degree in Computer Science and Engineering. During my college career, I cleared a national-level online Hackathon, participated in IIT KGP’s Techno-Management Fest (Kshitij) 2020, and was a rank holder in college-level Project and Business Idea Competitions. My final-year project was on creating a Phishing URL Detection website using Machine Learning. Thereafter, I secured an internship opportunity with Cognizant Technology Solutions in web development, completing my internship over 6 months. In October 2022, I was placed at Cognizant, where I earned the Adobe AEM Developers certification and became an AEM Developer. I gained 1 year of work experience before transitioning to my MBA journey. Balancing my work life with MBA preparation, I secured admission to SIDTM, where I am currently the Branding & Design Head of the SPARSH committee, the ISR (Institutional Social Responsibility) wing of SIDTM. I actively participated in the Muskan Clothes Donation Drive, volunteered in the Blood Donation Drive, contributed to the Tree Plantation and Pad Donation Drive. Additionally, I actively contributed to the success of our flagship event, the Fun and Food Carnival. In terms of achievements, I was a finalist in the RPC Case Study Competition. I also received the Best Startup Idea Award for my business proposal, AAKAAR, at the E-Summit\'25, organized by the Entrepreneurship Cell of SIDTM. Lastly, coming to my hobbies, I love playing football and was a 100m sprinter, winning several medals during my school career. I also enjoy mobile photography and video editing, which fuel my creative pursuits.
