Identify areas for Aadhaar integration with Central Ministries/State Governments and facilitate conceptualization of application solutions and necessary linkages. • Responsible for appropriately packaging the authentication service and develop communication around it, towards evolving acceptance of Aadhaar authentication service and presenting the same to various stakeholders. • Plan & write various policies, guideline documents, concept note for Aadhaar Authentication, authentication applications etc. • Help in the Pilot/ POC implementation of authentication service • Constantly seek feedback from the ecosystem to better understand the requirements of various participants • Preparation of BRD • Coordination with various service providers & internal execution of for efficient execution of authentication related projects • Provide support for various Aadhaar Authentication workshop & trainings • Preparation of documentation relating to Standards, guidelines & project • Inter-ministerial coordination and necessary coordination with the State Governments; Coordination and Management of any work relating to Aadhaar Authentication and Verification facilities.• Designing, development, implementation and maintenance of overall ICT / System policies, strategy, System Architecture and procedure related to ICT services including coordination for development of IT tools for decision support• Designing, development, implementation and maintenance of System policies and procedure related to ICT services, including procurement and asset management; • Develop and manage the planning and budgeting for the ICT services; Prepare policy notes & ICT status for Authority meeting of UIDAI.• Preparing Scope of Works (SOW) for ICT RFP / RFQ / RFI documents, DPR (Detailed Project Report), PDR (Preliminary Design Report), understanding of overall ICT strategy and System Architecture for Aadhaar related biometrics.
