During my internship, I sourced a client which earned the company in one deal, and continued to be a source of profit several years after- Manage three major accounts following my internship, which brought in a combined revenue of £219,553 in the last two years. Improved stakeholder relations with weekly face-to-face visits to my clients all over the UK, utilising my strong interpersonal and communication skills- Displayed adaptability taking on several roles including office, HR, and project manager- Cut business running costs by helping to automate the HR process, renegotiating contracts with several office suppliers, and installing solar panels to bring about long-term savings (resulted in a 31% drop in electricity usage as compared to last year)- Led and coordinated several projects, including roof solar panel installation, re-carpeting the office floor, and the removal of a heavy-duty baler. The heavy-duty baler removal was spread over a week and had many moving parts involved. I coordinated between several stakeholders and their schedules, and oversaw the budgeting, scope, resources, risk management, and timelines for these projects. The benefits of these projects are being realised today.
