Project Overview: SLM S4 HANA Implementation at Apple-Apple embarked on a transformative journey towards implementing SLM (SAP Landscape Modernisation) on the S4 HANA platform. The initial phase of this journey involves executing a critical prerequisite: the implementation of FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Credit functionality in ECC. This involves enabling and integrating business partner credit data within SAP to streamline financial operations.Role: Lead Solution Architect-As the Lead Solution Architect, my role is pivotal in driving this complex, global initiative. Some of the key responsibilities include:Team Management Across Regions-I lead a diverse functional team spanning multiple regions, including the Americas (AMR), Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa (EMEIA), Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Greater China (GC). My focus is on fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication across these regions.Design Workshops and Stakeholder Engagement-I facilitated design workshops onsite in the UK and Ireland, working closely with core business process reengineering (BPR) teams and super users. Collaboration with SAP Max Attention Team-I engage directly with the SAP Max Attention team to address complex issues within the current industry processes. Together, we identify flexible solutions that can be effectively adopted during the transition to S4 HANA.Data Migration Strategy-I lead the development of a comprehensive data migration strategy, working with the migration team to ensure the seamless transition of both master data and transactional data to the new system.
