Presently, as the National Head - Partner Development of CIEL, has been able to grow the partner network pan-India and build in-roads to new markets. The successful implementation of building the innovative partner network across India and abroad has helped build bridges for the organisation. Has been successful in accomplishing multi-fold revenue increase, handling P&L, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring actual performances of business operations. In my previous role in CIEL, I was responsible for setting up the business in Mumbai and Pune and lead the staffing business of the company for Mumbai and Maharashtra region. Prior to CIEL, my role spanned across various dimensions of the business in Kelly, I started with managing the regional business development of Western region to heading the operations of Northern region in India and finally heading the National Key Accounts of all the global accounts of Kelly for its contract staffing business.
