I’m Subham, a Chartered Accountant (AIR 10 Final, AIR 18 IPCC) with 7+ years of diverse experience across finance verticals including commercial finance, procurement finance, FP & A, forex risk management, business partnering and audit.Currently, I’m part of Mondelez’s Global Audit Development Program (ADP), a leadership-track role designed for business finance team giving them cross-market exposure across regions and verticals. From procurement, plant, and supply chain to commercial, marketing, and finance - this program has allowed me to deep-dive into how FMCG businesses truly run. It’s like a 360° view of global operations - one audit at a time.Before this, I worked in Commercial Finance, partnering with both Modern Trade and E-Commerce teams on profitability, credit governance, and trade effectiveness. Prior to that, I was part of the Procurement Finance team for the SSA region, supporting financial planning and decision-making on commodity and forex impact. As a CA Industrial Trainee, I also helped set up a structured forex risk management framework for 20+ AMEA markets, one of the most defining learning experiences of my early career.My career began with Deloitte in statutory audit, and every step since has helped me explore the many layers of business finance and strategic thinking.Beyond work, I’ve been mentoring CA aspirants, not just on exams, but on the mindset, decisions, and long-term growth that follows.
