I have a total of 9.5 years of work experience which is a mix of unique roles such as R&D Engineer, Executive Assistant to R&D Head and Human Resources professional. I have been in an HR role for the past 4.5 years with M&M and 1.5 years in JCB India Ltd. I am a certified virtual facilitator by SHRM and facilitated programs on Time management and Customer Delight. My exposure spans domains such as HR Business Partnering, OD interventions, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Capability Building and Talent Management, besides functions such as Automotive Product Development, Electric Mobility and Supply Chain (part of HR initiatives). I am working with my existing sales team in expanding into new states.
