I have a total of over 22 years of experience and around 20 years of relevant and enriching experience in Administration. Currently I am associated with TCS as Manager Administration for Pune Location. My responsibilities includes maitaining upkeep of the facilities, managing security services, and overseeing transport management, BMS, Site PMO, Admin Finance and Site Budgeting. I have successfully implemented various facility management systems and transport management systems (eTMs and VMS), which have optimized resource utilization and improved service delivery. My experience in managing a substantial operational budget, with quarterly expenditures of around 14 crore has honed my financial acumen and enabling me to make informed decisions that contributed to cost optimization and helped to keep the site within the defined financial limits of expenditure.
