Client Responsibilities: The key role of the position is to Prepare and monitor Financial reports and perform Financial Analysis. Financial Planning and Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Reporting (Setting up monthly cash target, weekly cash collections and Year-end cash reporting) and Comparison Analysis along with having a keen eye for detail and presenting them to the On-shore Director of Finance and Partners. As a part of On-shore reporting team, I have performed the following activities: Preparation of Monthly/ Weekly reports and other scheduled reports. Ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by On-shore clients for Revenue, Financial and other key metric details. Conduct an in-depth Variance Analysis. Prepare Summary dashboards for the Areas /Regions. Root-cause analysis of issues and ensuring adequate internal check procedures in place. Regular connects with Clients to understand their need and perform them accordingly with perfection. Attending Monthly calls/ Video Conferences with the Practice Director of Finance, Director and Partner regarding monthly work and performance. Automation: I was a part of the Core Automation team created to automate standard report across all the teams in order to achieve higher results in less time with accuracy intact. I have also automated most of the critical reports of my team with the use of Macros and saved more than 300 hours a year.
