Leading the development and bringing forward delivery of a complex programme of regeneration schemes on behalf of the City Council, inclusive of; • Canalside South – land sale and development of a 550 unit residential scheme creating a new city centre residential village. • Canalside Quarter – land assembly and bringing forward the delivery of a mixed-use (residential and commercial) developments alongside the Canalside setting improving connectivity and place making in the City Centre.• Hotel – developing proposals from RIBA 1 for bringing forward a mid / upper scale hotel offer in the City Centre • Brewers Yard – land assembly and delivery of 1300 residential units.• City Centre West – regeneration of c. 5 hectares of brownfield land into a new transformation residential neighbourhood inclusive of commercial, leisure and residential use. • St Georges – masterplan for 5 acre mixed use site comprising of 400 homes, community and commercial space.
