   Lead automation efforts around network operations (customer configuration changes, device operation, deployments etc.) with focus on reliability and scalability- Building and scaling the entire Network Automation stack to accommodate network growth, including monitoring, device management and Network as a Service (NaaS)- Built a network auditing tool (Network as an Inventory) that serves thousands of internal users which provides customer configuration information from network configurations and internal ordering systems- Developing automation using Itential Automation Platform. Created workflows and scripts to interact and work with the different elements of Itential- Train network engineers and service owners usage of all the created tools/scripts- Developed critical REST APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Java (Spring Boot) which gets 1 million monthly hits from calls from other internal tool- Created container environments for tools using Docker- Built CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab runners to automate testing/deployments of created tools- Developed custom UIs for all created tools using Flask, Django and Apache- Developed Ansible playbooks to manage router configurations- Built a customer configuration migration tool that can proactively identify and move any customer service to address customer trouble tickets (Latency, Packet Loss, Throughput issues) on the Lumen network without any human intervention.
