   HSE Manager takes responsibility for fulfilling the PROJECT HSE Policy and goals. The HSE Team will advise and assist the other disciplines in the PROJECT Team in fulfilling their responsibilities. HSE Manager will work together with the discipline leaders in order to ensure that all the required HSE features demanded within the Contract are implemented in the design.The main duties of the HSE Manager during the FEED stage are:1. Be responsible for the implementation of HSE issues in their deliverables.2. Be responsible for implementing HSE instructions from the PROJECT HSE Team, prior acceptance of same by the PROJECT Director / Engineering Manager.3.
