Prior to his current role, Subbu launched and lead Amazon Prime in India and grew it into one of the most loved membership programs in India. Subbu is credited with establishing subscription programs as a viable business model in India and inspiring the launch of similar programs throughout India. Prior to Amazon, Subbu spent ~15 years in the US as a trusted advisor to CXOs of Fortune 500 companies. As a Strategy Consultant, he helped companies grow profitably through strategy based transformations. His 15 year consulting career was focused on developing disruptive business models and capabilities for the world\'s leading consumer, retail and chemical clients.
