Over nearly three decades, I’ve worked across three worlds that continue to shape my perspective: Pharmaceuticals (15 years): Built expertise in medical sales, sourcing, and program management, leading global portfolios at top firms in the UK and India People Consulting (5 years): Partnered with organizations in pharma, manufacturing, IT, retail, renewable energy, and education. Designed leadership journeys, organizational structures, and performance systems. Trained project management teams in multiple growing pharma companies. Entrepreneurship & Social Impact (10 years): Co-founded Learning Curve Foundation, growing it from 5 to 750 schools, impacting children and young people annually through Social-Emotional Learning. Recognized among the top 13 global SEL innovations and top 100 education innovations worldwide. Now advising the leadership team on strategy and partnerships.My current work sits at the intersection of people and systems. Through Kinera Consulting, I help organizations strengthen project management, leadership, and performance systems. Through Learning Curve, I co-lead efforts to build life skills in young people, working with schools and nonprofits. Across both spaces, the goal is the same: enabling organizations and individuals to grow with clarity and confidence.Outside of work, I enjoy reading, seeing the world and making meaningful connections with people.
