Devise framework for risk-based analysis appropriate for Gene Sequencing instruments and medical devices in full conformity with regulatory guidelines e.g, 21 CFR 420, 510(k) and EU In Vitro Diagnostics Regulations (IVDR). Build Master Data Strategy, Roadmap, and performance metrics at all Illumina sitesLead, develop, engage, and mentor the organization in support of PLM/MDM processes undergoing rapid growth and changing markets.Demonstrate longer term strategic thinking against more tactical execution of shorter-term Goals.
