Prior to founding LEO PARTNERS, he held leadership roles in some of the leading Global/Indian Executive search and recruitments firms and has successfully led some of the critical CXO searches for Global as well as Indian clients. He did his B.E(Mech) from Andhra University and \'Executive MBA\' from IIM - Calcutta
